Bring the inspiration of a favorite photo to life as a watercolor. This class is ideal for watercolor artists desiring to develop pieces based on human subjects. Using Kim’s popular techniques to improve painting skills, Kim will help students bring focus on design, textures, value studies, color and composition. Students will explore techniques for breathing life into their subject matter using positive and negative space and building shapes by utilizing glazes. Kim will provide tips and techniques on making color selection for skin tones and backgrounds in order to see them come alive!
